Artist listings
Who can list, that your listing must be accurate, and that you are responsible for keeping it current.
Your content and images
You confirm you own or have permission to use what you upload, including photographs taken by others, and you grant Art Roll permission to display and promote it — matching the declaration in the profile editor.
Moral rights and crediting
How artists and photographers are credited, and that moral rights are respected.
Cultural identity information
Optional, artist-authored, shown only with consent, removable at any time — and never inferred or expanded by us.
Enquiries and commissions
Art Roll introduces artists and commissioners; we are not a party to any agreement between them, and we don't guarantee work, payment or outcomes.
Murals on the map
How locations are shown, how problems are reported, and how painted-over murals are archived rather than deleted.
Acceptable use
What isn't allowed — impersonation, misrepresenting work as your own, offensive content, scraping.
Moderation, suspension and removal
That listings are reviewed, and the grounds on which content or an account may be removed.
Liability
The usual limitations, subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
